Before Sending Your Device
Please do not repeatedly charge, power on, heat, dry, or open a damaged device. Continued testing can sometimes make recovery more difficult, especially in water damage and board damage cases.

- Case review: NYCELLFIX reviews the device type, damage history, and data needed.
- Next-step confirmation: We reply with the recommended diagnostic or mail-in direction.
- Approval first: Recovery work proceeds only after the next step is confirmed.
Please do not ship your device until NYCELLFIX confirms the next step for your case.
