Diagnostic-First Policy

NYCELLFIX uses a diagnostic-first process. Evaluation is required to determine the device condition and possible recovery path.

No Guarantee Policy

Data recovery is not guaranteed. Some devices may be unrecoverable due to storage damage, severe board damage, missing security components, encryption, unknown password, or prior repair damage.

Customer Approval Policy

Recovery work begins only after the customer reviews and approves the proposed estimate or service path.

Password / Access Policy

The correct device password or passcode may be required. NYCELLFIX does not guarantee access to locked devices and does not advertise password bypass as a standard service.

Prior Repair Disclosure

Customers must disclose whether another repair shop attempted repair or opened the device. This helps NYCELLFIX evaluate risk and avoid repeating failed approaches.

Privacy Policy Summary

Customer data is handled with privacy and care. NYCELLFIX does not review personal files beyond what is necessary to confirm recovery categories, unless the customer authorizes otherwise.

Device Return Policy

Device return terms depend on the selected service path, customer approval, shipping method, and final case status.
