Can NYCELLFIX guarantee my data will be recovered?

No. Data recovery is not guaranteed. The result depends on the condition of the device, storage, board, security components, water damage, physical damage, and prior repair attempts.

Do you repair the phone for daily use?

Our primary focus is data recovery. In some cases, the device may need to be stabilized or temporarily powered for recovery, but the goal is not always to return the device to daily-use condition.

What types of data can be recovered?

Depending on the device condition and access requirements, recoverable data may include photos, videos, contacts, messages, notes, documents, and other files.

Do you need my passcode?

The correct device passcode may be required for diagnostics, data access, or data transfer. NYCELLFIX does not advertise password bypass services as a standard service.

What should I do after water damage?

Stop charging the device, stop powering it on, and do not attempt repeated testing. Submit a recovery request and allow the device to be evaluated.

What if another repair shop already tried to fix it?

Please disclose any prior repair attempt. Prior work can affect the board condition and recovery path.

Do you accept mail-in devices?

Yes. Customers may submit a mail-in application before sending the device.

When do I pay?

Payment terms depend on the diagnostic result and approved recovery path. No recovery work begins without customer approval.
