How NYCELLFIX Data Recovery Works

We do not promise a result before evaluation. We inspect the device, identify the condition, explain the recovery path, and proceed only after customer approval.

Tell us your device model, what happened, and what data you need recovered. Include water exposure, drop damage, prior repair attempts, or boot loop symptoms.

Device intake
You may bring the device locally or send it through mail-in service. Please do not continue charging, powering on, or testing a damaged device before evaluation.

Diagnostic evaluation
We inspect the device condition and determine whether data may be accessible through standard recovery, board-level stabilization, or advanced recovery methods.

Recovery option review
After diagnostics, we explain what we found and what recovery option may apply. If the case is not recoverable, we explain the reason as clearly as possible.

Estimate and approval
No recovery work begins without approval. You review the estimate and decide whether to proceed.

If approved, we perform the recovery work using the safest available path based on the device condition.

When possible, we confirm recovered data categories such as photos, contacts, messages, notes, or files.

Data return or device return
Recovered data may be prepared for transfer or return based on the approved service method. The original device may be returned according to the selected option.
